I have been ordering from eco-tots for almost 18 months now. They have such a wonderful selection of beautifully made, consciously crafted toys and activity sets for children. I am always asked where my nephew's toys are from! Thank you for helping me be 'the cool aunt'. :D

My Bumble arrived in speedy time, well packaged and looking beautiful

This is the first time I have bought from this company. The farm animals are exactly as described and a great size for little hands. I shall definitely use this company again. Environmentally friendly packaging too.

I ordered the gorgeous 'Hedera' bumble to add to my 'Barky' and 'Forest' bumble family.

Online ordering and payment via my android phone was straightforward, easy, and delivery was prompt.

Eco-tots have sourced this amazing environmentally friendly bumble product from a small business and it doesn't disappoint.

The bumbles are wonderfully tactile and promote hand eye co-ordination in your little ones when the sections are unscrewed and jumbled.

Product as described and good quality. Bought as a gift. Received an email saying one item was out of stock and would I like a replacement or refund.

Replied to email within a couple of hours and advised would like a replacement. No response.

Sent another email a few days later requesting the same thing. No response.

Tried to call mobile number detailed on website - goes straight to voicemail repeatedly. Left two voicemail messages. Both not responded to.

Eventually receive a refund from eco tots and no further communication. Dire customer service. Would not shop with this company again.

The giant bubbles were great fun. The price was good, the package arrived as expected and there were many other environmentally friendly toys. A good place to shop.
