I emailed a few times with no joy and in the end had to phone, only to be told they were the same thing and they weren't going to do anything.

Tried to cancel my order next day in the morning and they said the order has been dispatched already ?!!? The order was placed a day before at 14:30 on Sunday ! On the website it's state orders will be dispatched in the same day if placed before 14:00 p.m.
