Really happy with EcoCaffe product
Really happy with product! ease of purchase and prompt delivery, makes for excellent customer service. Coffee tastes great and i'm happy to know that the pods and ground can be recycled/biodegraded. My only issue would be that every now and again, there is a faulty pod. All other aspects are great

Whilst we are enjoying the wonderful…
Whilst we are enjoying the wonderful taste and aroma of our Ristretto pods plus excellent service, we are finding they are collapsing in the machine and not allowing the coffee to flow through and therefore we have to sometimes use 3 pods for a short black.

Order was delivered well. The actual Irish Coffee pods.. .not so wonderful. Probably should be a creamier flavour/texture. I would not recommend.

Pods don’t work perfectly in Nespresso machines
Pods don’t work perfectly in Nespresso machines. Water comes out first before the coffee does, making it weaker and more watery.
Coffee taste is nice apart from the pod problem.

Our business is all about being Eco-friendly
Our business is all about being Organic, Eco-friendly, and Sustainable. That's why we thought EcoCaffe` would be a great choice for our Staffs use for their coffee addictions (lol) throughout the day, as they provide Organic Coffee Pods that are Biodegradable. We weren't wrong! The coffee has received a 5-star thumbs up from all of our staff for flavour. As a business, the super-fast delivery, and the fact that we get to help the environment whilst providing our valuable staff with great organic coffee is a 5-star solution for us.
