Great ethics and improved quality
I love EcoCaffe coffee pods, both the taste and the ethics. I am unsure as to whether you have made changes due to customer feedback, but I have noticed that, with my last order or two, the pods are definitely easier to fit smoothly into the coffee machine than they were previously. In the past, I experienced some wastage of coffee pods because they would get jammed and crushed out of shape and I would need to start again with a new pod. Glad that this is not the case now!
One query.... I have just attempted to place a new order for chocolate pods with the winter season approaching and can't find them. Are they not available anymore? It would be disappointing if that were the case.

Absolutely love this coffee !
Absolutely love this coffee !! I’m so glad I found it !! Organic, Australian, no aluminium, BPA or nasties and biodegradable fully compostable. Great strong coffee. I have tried all the different types and love them all, but my faves are Dingo Smooth. Extremely prompt and informative from order to delivery. I’ve gone to a subscription and won’t be leaving. Very happy

Best Organic Coffee ever
Best Organic Coffee ever. I don't drink anything else now. In my recent order a mistake was made and one of the Coffees sent was incorrect. Peter from Ecocaffe sorted it out immediately and my correct Coffee arrived 2 days later.

Great to hear about the coffee :) This recent order was dispatched within 24 hours as per our promise, but then took 9 business days to WA. Australia Post has advised us that parcels may take longer than usual to arrive. Recent severe weather has caused delivery delays across WA :( We do offer Express Post if you need your coffee shot urgently ;)

Loyal and long term customer
I have been an eco Caffe customer for about 6 years' now, and they always have a terrific range of coffees, and special treats. I just love that the pods are better for the environment.
