Stay away, SCAM, the close it now

This Company doesn't exist! Been waiting on a Hisense TV that is supposed to be arriving today and checked tracking number on the delivery website and again the delivery company is fictitious. Checked the Company's address online with Google maps and it's an housing estate in London. Bunch of Scammers. Got in touch with my bank and told to issue a dispute to give them 30 days to either deliver or resolve issue.

Scam, sure Google said it was a trusted site for 10 years!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering an oven from these people.
Just the same as the others: a good price but
1. The link to pay ends up with a business with a totally different name with no evidence they are connected, ours was Celine Cliniques.
2. They advertised a 5 day delivery but nothing after 10 days.
3. They initially responded to an online chat then nothing.
4. The telephone numbers are mobiles that aren’t answered.
5. I emailed them back from an email they sent and it was returned undeliverable.

Can’t find these companies at Company’s house.

DON’t ORDER FROM ECOEQUIPMENTS. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.
Zero stars.
Ordered a tumble dryer. Very interactive email exchange answering questions right up to the point I paid them then nothing. The website is fully functional and you receive a tracking ID and are redirected to the ETALON shipping webpage. The order status never changes and the delivery date (which is always much later than their T&Cs suggest) passes with zero communication.They stopped answering emails to both addresses I had and don’t answer the one of two phone numbers that rings. A Google search of the shipping company didn’t help and email to ETALON is undeliverable.
Took out a chargeback with my credit card company who refunded quickly after they reviewed all my documentation.
It is fraud, clear and simple. They want your money and nothing else.
STAY AWAY
I wonder if ticking the box in Trustpilot that sends the review to info @ecoequipments gets through?!

SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE.
I ordered and paid £500 for a Sony TV on 18th September and received an order number, and tracking number from delivery company stating tv would be delivered on 7th October. Impossible to contact “sales team” or delivery company ETALON SHIPPING. Nothing since then……….
BE WARNED - DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered on 17th Sept 2024, delivery was due 5th October. I was given a tracking number but it continues to say 'on way'. I have emailed, phoned and online chat and there is no answer. Today is 10th Ocotober and no delivery. Do not place any orders with this company.

BOGUS COMPANY! PAYMENT IS TO A TOTALLY DIFFERNT ACCOUNT, THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ARE MOBILES THAT ARENT ANSWERED! EMAILS ARE NOT ANSWERED

I suspect also a scam. Having read the reviews I contacted the online chat to ask them to reassure me and confirm they are not a scam, they asked for my name and email address and telephone number and when I said I wanted to order an oven and asked if they could reassure me they weren't a scam site they never replied.

Ordered on Saturday. Read reviews on here on Monday, saying SCAM. Tried contacting via online chat. No reply. Strange that the cancellation policy is in Latin, and when translated, total gibberish. I suspect they are indeed SCAMMERS!!!

Scam!! paid for an oven Ive not received. Being ignored after 5 emails asking for an update that was due for delivery last week!

Avoid at all cost, its a fraudulent site!

Be aware scam. Don't order from this company.
