Ordered an inverter and two large solar panels. They were delivered within two weeks time, which is good seen as how complex the logistics were to get these large panels delivered without damage. The delivery agent did not rush and took the time to open and help inspect the glass panels before having the delivery signed off. The app works well enough, but widgets are not that great. On the other hand, the panel and inverters perfectly do what they are designed for.

Ordered a bundle back on the 9th of March. 1 ultra, 2 ac pros, and 4x 450w solar panels before the big rush on sales. It’s now the 17th of April, so more than a month or 39 days, and all I’ve received is the 2 AC pros. The provided tracking numbers were worse than a chocolate fire guard, aka useless. I’ve been backwards and forward via email and phone now and they just throw a bog standard default email at you, makes me wonder if there’s some stupid AI bot in charge of customer care (lack of). So I’m out of pocket to the tune of £2200 and only 2 ac pros to show for it. It’s now at the stage where they’re just ignoring me. A company of this size, I’ve got to say, I’m very disappointed. If they can’t sort their customer services out then why would anyone want to trust their hard earned money with them? Morally it’s disgusting how myself and others (I understand similar boat to many others) have been so let down. All I want is to know what happened to my order and when!!!!! can I hope to receive it? Because it’s still salvageable if they would only hold their hands up and be a responsible adult about this and do the decent thing by correcting the problem here?! How is this too difficult a talk for this company? They spend so much money on marketing and sponsored videos that customer services is left in utter ruins. I wanted to like this company but by god it’s testing my resolve.

I bought a Stream Ultra Max, and was perfect, Stream Max and perfect, but last device was a Stream CA Pro and is not working since first day and after 1 week anybody from support react to me claims. I wish they will assist me finally but at this moment I'm very disappointed for the last transaction

I have a Delt 2 max . It has gone faulty and no longer works. Contacted customer service jumped through all hoops requested . They agreed it was faulty said they would get specialist to call me, never happened cannot get answers on phone emails they refused to answer. 5 year warranty if not stuck to so £550 out of pocket crooked company

Ecoflow river max failed after 8 months. Rang customer services numerous times. Waited ages holding on the phone for a response. They sent an email asking for further information which I immediately replied to. Waited a week for an email asking for further information. Won't output ac or dc. Won't charge from the mains or solar. Terrible service.

Received my brand new DELTA 3 Max Plus (€1,342) on March 25, 2026. From the very first power-on, the AC input showed 0W – the unit simply does not charge from the wall outlet.
I reported the defect within 3 days of delivery. What followed was 3+ weeks of frustrating back-and-forth:
• First response took 3 days
• The technical team gave me factually incorrect advice: they claimed the issue was related to the backup reserve setting. My battery was at 23%, the reserve was set to 50% – by their own logic, the unit should have charged. It didn’t.
• When I requested a return form, it was refused – they insisted the device was working fine.
• Now they’ve escalated to “after-sales service” with another 7–14 business days wait.
The solar charging works perfectly, which proves the AC input board is defective from the factory. This is clearly a hardware defect, not a settings issue.
For a €1,342 device, this level of support is completely unacceptable. No replacement, no return label, no solution – just delays and incorrect troubleshooting.
I’ve now formally demanded a replacement unit under German consumer law (§437 BGB) with a deadline. Let’s see if that gets a response faster than their support team.
