Good customer service (as long as you speak French/English)
After posting in here my experience, they contacted me very soon, they refunded almost all money and they were very nice and polite. Also they sent me a set of accessories for my phone in order to make the situation up. I am very pleased with the solution, however, my buying experience was awful and I don't think I will be giving them a second chance in the future. Future clients should know that if they do not speak English or French, good customer service is not granted.
UPDATE-
The company partially solved my complain. I am still waiting for the refund of the re-shipping costs and the some kind of guarantee that my data will be FULLY ERASED from the phone I resend to them (originally I was asking for repair and I didn't consider necessary to delete it by myself). Once that everything is solved for good, I will proceed with the ultimate review.
By now, my opinion is not very different because, in the end, I lost more than a month trying to fight their work system or whatever thing which was doing the communication (I am not entitled to say they were trying to fool me around until I got really mad at them and that's why they proceed with the partial refund) totally uneffective and very disrespectful from their part. If this was really due to a language issue, you should consider not to operate in my country any more.

Worst company ever. Do not buy anything from them. They sold me an unchecked smartphone that I had to return to them to fix it and one month later I have no mobile and no money. They have my mobile and my money. This is called ROBBERY and they are called THIEVES.

Thank you for replying so fast the messages I sent after reading your comment.
As mentionned on my previous email, we use a third party company to handle customer support to our spanish and german customers. Unfortunately as your comment proves it the support you have recieved is a way under our standards.
As the company owner, be sure I am very concerned about the situation you are encountering and taking it very seriously. I am considering options to offer our usual level of assistance quality to our beloved Spanish and German customers as soon as possible.
A full refund of your initial payment been issued a few minutes ago. Please accept my sincere apologies regarding this situation and be sure I will put all of my efforts in finding a way to prevent this from happening again.
