EV Home Charger Installation
Very impressed with Eco Green Energy. Helpful advice and very neat and tidy work. This was a challenging install due to the distance from the charger to the Electric meter and included external work to get to our detached garage. The team worked well and did everything required on the same day including setting up the charger. No surprising extra costs either. First class!

Since I first enquired to Ecogreen re a home charger installation the communication has been excellent and the visits prompt. As well as the home charger they changed the very old fuse box in our garage for a modern consumer unit. I would have to say that overall it's the tidiest electrical work I've ever seen. All completed on time and to the quoted cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Was let down and not even an apology.
Had arranged for works to be carried out and was expecting the electrician to arrive at 9am as he advised, didn’t hear anything by 10am so sent a text to confirm he’s still arriving, nothing. So tried to call at about 12pm and the line went dead (I assumed he blocked my number or phone no longer working) so I emailed later that day as I had booked the day off work as expected my electrics to be off all day. Then get a email back saying he couldn’t find my number and got called on another job he’ll come Monday. That was not suitable as I wasn’t home then and lost faith in this guy, a simple sorry wouldn’t have gone a miss as we’re all busy these days.

Had a faulty plug which was sparking. Mark cane out very promptly and resolved the issue very quickly ans professionally.
