Ordered a couple of Wifi cameras, they were shoddy, washed out and utterly poor in quality. Trying to get a response from them is like pulling hen's teeth. NEVER ORDER from this company. It is indeed a SCAM.

No response to requesting a REFUND, and so much for their 24/7 Support nonsense.

Ordered a specific product and did not receive what I ordered but a plain and basic, overpriced version. This company is focusing not on quality products but on how to mislead customers to pay a high price for ultimately a substandard product. Stay away!

Absolutely not a Canadian company. Items were shipped from China and took several weeks to arrive. Not their guaranteed 4 to 7 . When I initially emailed regarding the delay, I received a response, but once my order arrived after 3+ weeks and I wanted to return them as they came far too late to be of any value no one responded to emails. I highly recommend that you do not order from this company.

Ordered a pair of gloves, and they never arrived. I contacted them and now they will not respond to my emails. STAY AWAY. Definitley SCAM!

I would not recommend ordering from Eco Home Goodies.

We received gloves as a gift and attempted to request a size exchange within their stated 14-day return window. Multiple emails were sent to their support address, but we never received a response. There is also no phone number or alternate way to contact customer service.

Very disappointing experience. A simple exchange should not be this difficult, and the lack of communication is frustrating.

Ordered 2 pair of gloves, followed measuring guide for both, but the women's pair was way too tight. They refused to exchange even though I requested a return slip within 14 days of delivery, which was far beyond the promised 4-7 days. Do not do business with them.

Purchased a 4 pack set of hair combs. They will not stay in my hair as shown on their website. There is a 14 day return/refund policy. I quickly sent an email and “chatted” with their company. I haven’t received any response and have wasted $29.99 on a product I can’t use.

Ordered 16 December and have STILL not received it. I messaged to cancel order as it would not arrive in time as promised on their website and they IGNORED my requests. I filed a paypal dispute and again they ignored it. They then processed and shipped the order from CHINA not Canada as stated on website. Do not buy from these people, they are NOT a Canadian company or products as advertised. Very disappointed. 3 weeks and still no order.
