Supplied a faulty plotter. Put new print heads in but doesn't work. Don't respond to emails or answer calls

Monitor hdmi not working. Requested a return and company hasn't replied for a week. Have found a work around with DVI port but still awful not to get any response

I purchased a HP 601M Printer from this company throught eBay. HP 601M Printers normally can print double sided. However the one I received did not and the duplex element of the printer was missing. I contacted the company who offer a "30 day no quibble money back guarantee". However they have refused to accept return of the faulty printer or to refund me my money. Be very careful when purchasing from this company as their guarantees are worhtless.

Unable to contact this company to request a return. I have tried using their contact form on their website - no response.
I have tried using two email addresses, The first email address I tried - info@inteliqo - did not work and I received a bounce back.
The second email address - info@ecolaptop - I have not received a reply from.
I finally called their contact number a few times - 01535 666366 - but no one asnwered. On my last call to this number I have left a message asking someone to call me back - still waiting.

Printer arrived dirty and broken with little to no ink. Printer did not take paper in when prompted to, waste of money

I have been trying for weeks to get hold of someone at Ecolaptop, to no avail. The printer we were sold doesn't work, and without any response from them, I'm at a loss as to what to do about it.
Extremely disappointed.

The refurbished laptop turned up, it worked ok for a month then just wouldn't power on and the windows 11 wouldn't update as it was out of date. Contracted via email but no reply avoid buying from this company.

Customer Service is awful.

They do not reply to your emails and wont pick up the phone.

Need to explain.

I ordered from you on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery, nowthing arrived and Monday I tried to phone you, left a message, and e-mailed you countless times. I contacted the courier company and they said they hadn't received the monitor, so I contacted PayPal and got a complete refund, bought a brand new monitor, that day and surprise, surprise the monitor turns up the next day!

I purchased a printer November 2024 with a 12 month return to base warranty. Something has gone wrong with the printer. I telephoned and twice spoke with someone who asked if I would do a couple of tests and get back to them but since that time, when phoning, nobody answers the phone. I sent an email to their ebay email address and haven't had a reply.

Great! Quick delivery of dell laptop. Great price and easy to set up. Would definitely recommend!

Item was next day delivery but no sign after a week. No response from Ecolaptop either.
Avoid like the plague.

Not everything works as stated e.g. The mouse pad doesn't always work and the volume buttons don't work

It didn't work and im still waiting for an email reply after submitting a request to return

I bought a headset which was supposed to be brand new but it came second hand I contacted them and explained then they apologised and refunded me fully and told me I can keep the headset
Can I say I had the same issue with Amazon before and I went through lots of headache until I got my money back but here they made it so easy for me very very helpful I would definitely recommend shopping here
