We’ve had an outstanding experience working with Sara as our energy consultant. As a charity, every pound we save goes directly back into delivering our services, so having someone we can truly rely on makes a huge difference.

I recently worked with Anne-Marie and the team at Eco Logic Partners and they were absolutely brilliant.

Anne-Marie was incredibly helpful, responsive, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She and her team went way above and beyond to review our current gas contracts and quickly found us a much better deal that’s already saving our business a significant amount every month.

Megan Stobbs called me asking if we would like to use Ecologic to help with our electricity provider. I was a bit dubious at first, thinking it was just another sales call. I am so glad I took the time to listen to her. She has helped us change providers at no cost and saved us money! Megan is friendly and is so helpful, I am so glad she called.

Amazing service from Josh at Eco Logic. I was having a lot of trouble with my previous provider and he switched me to a new provider and dealt with setting up of the new account for me also. Would definitely recommend this Company.

Been dealing with Ian at Ecologic and he has provided a tremendous service that I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending for anyone else to use. I have 5 sites with totalling 10 meters and the transition period for transferring to a new provider couldn’t have been any smoother. He’s been in touch with updates all the time. We have been dealing with Ian Williams at Ecologic for a while now, and it is a breath of fresh air to have the level of customer service he provides. Whenever we require assistance, it's good to know that a professional and friendly response will follow in a timely manner, and that they will work diligently to resolve any requirements. Signed up for a second three year contract from May 2026. Josh Stewart is so helpful (and knows his stuff) and they stay in touch throughout the contract and deal with everything on your behalf. Really good company to deal with. Regular e mail updates look like they treat their staff pretty well too.

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on one of your team members, Sales person Cory Gallant.

Although we ultimately could not proceed with a contract on this occasion, I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism, persistence, and ability to build rapport. They stood out significantly. I receive multiple sales calls each day, and their approach was consistently respectful, informed, and relationship-driven.

They handled the situation with candour and patience, even when the circumstances on my side turned out to dud. From my experience, those qualities are rare and indicative of someone who brings real value to a sales team.

If you have any internal recognition or reward schemes, I believe they would be very deserving of consideration.

Ecologic are NOT THE ONE if you have a business and want an energy broker. They gain your trust then sting you. For example our energy bill went from £4000 to £9000 per month! They were meant to give us the best tariff and we had faith in them! Absolutely shambles of a company. Estelle and Victoria act so lovely and helpful but really just want to Steal Your Money!

Had a few issues with multiple energy contracts and Sophie has been great supporting our company to resolve everything. Very responsive and friendly - nice to have somebody like Sophie in your corner to help with what is usually a long and draining process. Would highly recommend Eco Logic Partners based on my experience with them.

Eco logic have been great for us. We are a small voluntary sector youth charity. Ecologic have been great as they have secured us deals that keep our energy costs down, while also handling brokering the deals. This allows us to focus more on the work, spending less time searching for energy deals. There customer service has been outstanding also.
