Needs a lot of Improvement & Structuring

The course is detailed but need the following improvements-
1. For the recorded video they must provide the time stamp of each topic so its easy for anyone to go-back and refer the video where that topic starts instead of having to rewatching the whole 4hrs video
2. Rakesh is good at support but not Enough. With huge expansion of students Ecom Empire must have a dedicated team of 2-3 people to provide support to his 300+ students. Due to lack of support each resolution or reply takes longer time and hence reduced the productivity of students.

PAID THE FEES 7K IN THAT SESSION, THEN LATER HAD TO BEG FOR THE LINK OF WHATS APP COMMUNITY, TELEGRAM CHANNEL AND 3 DAYS CLASS SESSION, YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND HAVE SOME PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN YOUR TEAM..IT

I attend the workshop

I attend the workshop. It was not bad at all experience to learn something new from Mr. Rahul Mannan. Maybe I will get to learn better in the future from the 3-day e commerce class. I am looking forward to it; I had a great session learning about the business.
