Most unprofessional courier company I’ve dealt with. I called them twice and was assured the parcel would be delivered within the promised time frame. Later, I found out they had cancelled the delivery, falsely claiming that the consignee was not available. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service.

Failed delivery each time
Failed delivery each time. Delivery person keeps asking to go to specific place to get delivery instead of giving address. No customer service available. Very much poor service.
Prepaid orders scandal

Ecom Express is WORST Courier company.
I ordered a product through Meesho on 29 May 2025. Meesho gave the delivery to Ecom Express. The product was supposed to deliver by 5 June but it was not and excuse was given that Ecom couldn't contact customer. Again till 10 of June the delivery is pending and still no real updates regarding the delivery.
Pathetic service by Ecom Express.

They are notorious for being completely and invariably unresponsive, and their delivery could be as late as forever, my last delivery got delayed by 3 months! and every time they are assigned by any e-commerce I can 100% assure that no matter how many contact numbers they give me I will never be able to contact them.

Non-Delivery of Prepaid Order
My order which has not been delivered yet.
The tracking status shows delivery attempts on 25th May and 27th May. However, no delivery agent contacted me by phone or visited my address on these dates. Please note that the delivery address provided is correct, the phone number is active, and someone was available at the address to receive the delivery. Please clarify what the issue is and provide an immediate solution. This delay is very disappointing, and I expect a prompt resolution.

One of the worst service provider. Unfortunately we don’t have a choice to choose delivery partner when you order online. Ecom never delivered on time.

Have been getting a message daily from last 7 days.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Ecom Express. The delivery executive was shockingly rude. When I politely asked if the delivery could be rescheduled since I wasn’t at home, he responded in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner — “Do you want it or not?”
There was no patience, no professionalism. And before I could even say anything, he just disconnected the call. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with their delivery team — they seriously need training in basic customer service and respectful communication. I’m really upset and would not recommend Ecom Express based on this experience.
Worst delivery service ever
I ordered a product through a website, and your company was assigned as the delivery agent. The delivery person called me, and I informed him that I would be available either by evening or the next day. He agreed to this arrangement. However, he later did not answer my calls, cancelled the order on his own, and never responded.
I tried reaching your customer care, but that was completely useless there was no response at all. I then contacted your customer grievance support, but the representative didn’t understand English or any language other than Hindi, which made the situation even worse.
This was a very disappointing experience, and it’s the second time I’ve faced the same issue. Please improve your services and operate your business properly. If you can’t deliver basic customer service, it would be better to shut down operations. Right now, your company feels more like a scam than a genuine service provider.

Worst courier, false information given by delivery boy. No call came, no person came and they put a remark that no one was found whereas my residence and office are at this address, where there is 24 hour availability. The consignment sent by the same sender after 4 days was received on the second day from another courier and they returned it. aak thoo. shame
They have literally the worst service…
They have literally the worst service .The tracking feature showed that the parcel arrived in my city on 5th May and after that they have stopped updating the tracking page ... Since then no response and update about the parcel it's 10 may now and still no response ... Customer care is also useless and shit ...
