Absolutely a horrible experience
Absolutely a horrible experience. Their promise is, buy their services and they will build a e-commerce site and launch in 2 weeks and they will run ads and you will make money.
I paid for two stores. They did do I great job on the stores but it took them way longer than 2 weeks. Again in their marketing they say they take care of everything.
Then it took them another month to start ads. They did not follow through watching any of the activity in the ads and I had to tell them that the ads has been turned off for several weeks.
Once back on and 3 months later it cost me $800+ for 1 click through to a buy. I checked out the audience and it was not even close to what it should have been. These guys are supposed to be experts.
When I wrote and asked for updates and said I was no happy, I was written back in a very unprofessional manner.
No communication unless I emailed them. Told me I would be in profit in a month and it never happened. Didn't build any ads for the second store at all.
Their company phone number is not valid even though they say they are US based I don't believe this to be true.
I can't deactivate my stores or ads as they have all the password access. So I will keep being charge against my wished for ads and the stores (2 X $115 month) and who knows what the ad spend will be.
I will be pursuing a refund and I hope they will turn up and make things right. In the meantime I am reaching out to Facebook, TikTok and anyone I can to get some answers and a resolution. I don't get why it makes any sense to not give your customers what you market to them.
