Communication was terrible prior to receiving mattress purchased online, mattress was much too firm for me, no usable for a side sleeper. After calling and emailing to return based on 100 day warranty, I received no response. The website is now down and they are uncontactable. Do NOT buy from this supplier

I purchased this pillow after an exhaustive search for a comfortable and reasonably priced pillow.
Search over, this pillow is light, comfy at a good price.
I would highly recommend this pillow.

The mattress is superb, five stars for comfort but communication wasn't so good. I think it is essential these days to have such an item trackable, particularly when you live rurally as we do. It saves a lot of concern about delivery when it isn't straight forward. The delivery people were wonderful however.

I don’t write reviews unless a product or service is truly amazing or absolute disappointment. In this case, this mattress exceeded all my expectations! I have a very bad lower back trying to avoid 3 level lumbar fusion for as long as I can. I was hoping a firmer mattress might possibly reduce the pain. And it did!!

With my 6 yr old Sealy PosturePremier I was waking up repeatedly during the night from pain and having to shift constantly and it was slowly getting worse. The first night with the posturline firm I slept all the way through and have been great ever since (about 1 week in). This mattress is a true 7-8 firmness level, which also means I am able to sleep on my stomach again, which I haven’t been able to do for many years unless I had a pillow under me. I previously trialled the Emma Mattress because it had great reviews and returned it because my pain actually increased because it was so soft (they advertise it as a medium firm). If you have a bad back, this will totally reduce your night pain…..days are another story, but at least you are well rested.

Thank you, my bed arrived yesterday and the delivery men were very obliging - putting the bed 'in situ' for me.
The bed was very well wrapped in plastic - sadly however, during its journey the plastic must have been torn and the beautiful white topper was very grey and grubby in a couple of places.
This is in no way a complaint to Ecomfort, but perhaps they may wish to speak with the Carriers.
Im looking forward to trying out the bed . . . and will let you know.

Took a couple of days longer then expected arrive.
Had to leave it open in the hallway for a few days to air it out and get rid of the smell from the packaging.
First night on it was great. Best I have slept in years.
Here's hoping it does not sag and stays like this long term.

The mattress itself is amazing. My husbands sore back from our previous mattress all but went away after two nights on our new mattress. After receiving the order dispatch tracking email about 7 days after I put the order through, the courier company literally called me about 2 hours later to say they were 20mins away. A super quick delivery!
The pillows I think are an acquired taste. They are quite firm. I love mine and no longer wake up with a sore neck. But my husband couldn’t adjust to his so has gone back to his old pillow.

Very happy with the service provided by Ecomfort team. There were some delays and mishaps on side of transporting company however Ecomfort team chased the problem to quick resolution.

Met the time frame,
Bed seems great so far would be 5stars however the base is in one piece and wouldn't fit up the stairs. There may be an option to halve the base if not there should be.

Customer service was slow and abrupt. Delivery took forever with little communication. I was also passed on to the delivery company to arrange myself rather than the business I bought from managing this part of the process. Definitely could do better and take more responsibility over the delivery and more time and more courtesy over the communication.

Unfortunately the mattress did not work out for us, we are apparently used to Soft base too much, but Ecomfort company did well and worked with us patiently during ever changing, different zone Covid19 lockdown levels. We've received a full order value refund and would like to thank this medium and everyone at Ecomfort involved into making this process happen as smoothly as possible!

Very comfortable mattress, nice and thick so raises your bed up. Overall happy with the product.

We got our bed as promised on time and was kept informed of its arrival by email from the courier. This all happened even under covid restrictions.

Brilliant product and service. Only to be let down by the courier (Mainfreight). However, Ecomfort was onto it straight away and in the end it was all sorted out. Highly recommend Ecomfort product. We purchased a queen bed with 4 drawer base. Best bed ever!

Took a while to be delivered as there was a mix up with the freight company, but the bed is really well made and super comfortable. Couldn't be happier!

Finally a soft bed to sleep in. Definitely telling family and friends.

I would like to personally thank you for your outstanding product. Amazing body support from the mattress. Quality is more than I expected. Mattress is medium soft but little bit softer for my weight. and I appreciate the premium look of the bed.

The Mattress is super comfy. Will definitely recommend them.
