I signed up with Ecomm Partnerships to have them manage an ecommerce store for me. From the very beginning, communication was a constant struggle. Meetings were frequently late or missed entirely, updates were almost never provided unless I asked repeatedly, and I was never given clear documentation or invoices for the inventory they claimed to be purchasing on my behalf.

When my Amazon seller account asked for supplier documents to verify the products, Ecomm Partnerships said they would handle it, but what they provided was repeatedly rejected. This created major problems for my store, and I was left trying to sort everything out on my own without the basic paperwork I should have had from the start. This led to my Amazon store being permanently deactivated in March, 2025.

After that, they encouraged me to switch platforms and told me things would improve, but nothing ever actually materialized. Inventory they claimed to be ordering for me never showed up in my account, and the communication somehow got even worse.

Eventually, all contact stopped without warning or communication. Their website disappeared, their client portal vanished, and every email address I had for them started bouncing back. I never received proper documentation, I never got clear answers, and I was left with nothing to show for all the time and money I invested. I'm currently at around a $17k loss.

I’m frustrated and disappointed, and based on my experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering working with this company to be extremely cautious.

I invested $25,000+ into Ecomm Partnerships LLC for their so-called “done-for-you Amazon automation business.” The promises were big — profitable wholesale flips, successful private label products, and full account management.

The reality was the opposite:

Products that never sold or were pulled from Amazon (Katadyn filters, Devilbiss sprayers, Dryel kits, Thermaplate, etc.)

Misleading sales tactics and broken promises

No transparency on invoices or costs

Refunds and credits withheld

Over $50,000 in documented losses

I’ve filed formal complaints with the FTC, FBI IC3, California Attorney General, Sacramento DA, and BBB, and I’m coordinating with other victims for potential legal action.

Great team effort to build out our store.

We have been in collaboration with EComm Partnerships for 2 years now. It's been an interesting ride with lots of setbacks and hiccups along the way. However, recently, things have changed for the better. The momentum has finally picked up on our Amazon store and we can definitely see the potential now! Donny and Tanveer have been wonderful in communicating any updates and answering our questions. It has taken a few years to get to this point, but in the beginning we were told it would take around that long to see results. We're so glad we stuck with EComm! Once the momentum really takes off, it'll definitely have been worth the wait!
