Unacceptable!
I ordered an iPhone 13 mini through the Back Market website, and the seller was ecomobile. Although the phone looked exactly as described on the outside, it had an internal issue with the battery, which was supposedly new! It lasted only 20 days before it stopped charging and wouldn’t even turn on.
I returned it under the condition that I would receive a refund, but instead, without any notice, they decided to send me a repaired iPhone back. When I contacted Back Market customer support, they told me it was a “mistake.” Supposedly...
Obviously, they did this hoping I would change my mind due to the delay I’ve already experienced and end up keeping the phone. Needless to say, the phone will arrive after another two weeks of waiting.
Unacceptable and dishonest. Do not choose them!
