Very poor experience
Proudly claiming a 'Streak free' experience on their bottle, the EcoMoist screen cleaner should actually be treated as 'maximum smear & smudge'. It' anything but streak-free. No matter the state of your screen, I can assure you that EcoMoist will make it worse. The product leaves a horrible smear that is hard to get off. I actually ended up cleaning it off with just water! Far more effective than the rubbish they put in the bottle.
After seeing their money back guarantee on the side of the bottle ('Unhappy with your product? Simply contact us for an exchange or refund'), I thought I would contact EcoMoist directly for this to be arranged. They ignored my email, so a few weeks later I sent another one. EcoMoist are now refusing to exchange or refund the product as I did not purchase it directly from them. I am certain such flagrant mis-advertising is against trading standards...
Avoid thi poor product! They do not care for their customers. Using a damp cloth with water is far more effective than this expensive screen cleaning product!
