Do not trust these people. I had a balance on the books when I decided not to renew. After when emails, they never refunded my money. SCAM

Jason and Rose Oneil have disapeared. Have been a "done for you" customer since June of 2023. Cost $15,000 up front plus cost of inventory. Down about $4,000 (Total $19,000) on total sales of $84.6K, $58.6K Cost.

My first conversation with Jason in 2023 was upbeat and positive regarding ECom Solutions and he let me speak to a current customer at the time who gave me a positive review. My account manager was his mom, Rose, who lives in TN, not Florida, which I was not very comfortable with, because she was not near the inventory warehouse. Very nice lady, hard worker, but made mistakes on product orders. This past Xmas, some products were selling at prices less than cost. 2023 Christmas I took pretty much 100% hit on a $3,000 order of Xmas Calenders and chocolate. No discussion about sharing this loss with ECom. There was a long period of time where Rose did not change the product return address to their warehouse and products got returned to the previous done for you company I had worked with.

Tried calling the Ecom office in FL, number is disconnected. Texted Rose, no response. Granted Amazon makes it very difficult for sellers to make money with their never ending fees that feels like they ate stealing from you, but I believe ECom knew this when they took me on as a client based on the info below.

About a year ago had another Conversation with Jason where he told me he was $600K in debt and was very negative about the business. If he had been honest and revealed this to me in 2023, I would never have done this. Felt deceived.

Jason if you are reading this, it would be appropriate and professional for you to call me so we can discuss a full or partial refund of the $15,000.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by this company. After purchasing items, there was no follow-up, and my property—valued at $2,500—was left stranded in my store. As a result, Amazon disposed of the items. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. On another note, you pay more than the items even sell for on the store so you’ll never win with this vendor. fraudulent Is definitely a great way to explain them.

Just don't do it. You will regret for sure. They are not professionals. There are many other companies to work with but ecom is not the one!

I am no where near breaking even and will not purchase any more inventory. Inventory takes MONTHS to fill. By the time inventory makes it to Amazon pricing has become obsolete. I still have open backorders back to May 11, 2023. That is over 6 months. It appears that I am unable to cancel backorders. Horrible experience, not at all as represented on initial phone conversation.

My journey on Amazon began by selling through the arbitrage channel. I followed this process for 2 years and had a great experience. However, when I discovered ECOM, I was immediately intrigued. This company automates most of your Amazon FBA business. Once you purchase the products they take care of everything else including packing the items and shipping them to Amazon.
