My previous business had been using these guys when I joined the company and initially they just managed our in house customer ordering system/database, after a 3pty company failed our new website build they took over the project and integrated it into all our system to fully integrate the whole process. I whole hearted recommend their abilities to build Magento websites and integrate CRM and customer services databases. By fully integrating severally services we were able to looking into customer lifetime values and key KPIs from recruitment media channels through to contact touch points, all in real time reporting. I hope that I can use them again in my new role very shortly.
