Had 2 years, excellent bike, no problems. Got from Sway cycles new forest.

We don’t recommend the Econic One bikes because it is like the lottery. We have 8 bikes from them, the bikes are around in 600 kilometers and in one year we already had problems with three bikes from 8. Once with the engine, once with the smart screen and now one of the batteries died. They changed the screen and repaired the engine in the period of the warranty but now the warranty expired one month ago and the battery died just now (all cells are dead) because of the rain. It should be waterproof because You never know when will be rain on your route. So, for this price it should be waterproof for sure, nowadays you can buy a waterproof e-bike for half price with weaker performance. Other 5 bikes works well and the performance is really good but it depends on your luck which bikes comes to you. We wrote 8 days ago to the consumer care of Econic to figure out what is the problem (because we did not know at the beginning about the dead cells) but they did not react at all.
UPDATE 2024 July: The Costumer Support reacted after 10 days, I sent back the battery they repaired for a very cheap price, there was BMS problem not the rain they said.

Over a year ago I bought a bike (model urban one). I was really satisfied, until the bafang engine quitted working properly.
The company (Econic One) was very supportive: first they sent a new torque sensor, since the error code suggested that there would be an issue with the sensor.
Turned out that the problem was the Bafang controller :(. Again Econic One sent me a replacement part free of charge.

Highly recommended, I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks!

I got the Adventure about six months ago. I am really surprised at how smooth and excellent the ride is, no matter where you are riding — at the mountain or just casually to work. To be honest, I did not expect it to be so powerful. You will know what I'm talking about only after you try it. Once again, thank you for the amazing bike - ECONIC ONE.

What an excellent company to deal with. I purchased an econic one MTB second hand. Friedrich at Customer services was incredibly helpful getting all the details and online services swapped in to my ownership. New keys also.
I would highly recommended the products and service.
Just how a company should be run.

I have an Adventure model and a Comfort model, and without hesitation I can say the smoothness is guaranteed for the forest and the city environment! Recommend with two hands! 🙌

Super fun to commute in the city with their bikes.

I honestly only have nice words to say about Econic, I had 2 small / minor issues and they willingly wanted to jump and help me fix these issues - not even letting me play for certain objects (as some might have been my fault when breaking). Customer service is brilliant, always there to help, can't recommend this company more!

Although I had a few issues with the GPS and pedal that took a while to resolve the communication between Friedrich and Yuliyana was excellent and both helped resolve the issues I had.

The bike runs really well and has allowed me to take on some of the steepest challenging routes around the Pennines.

I bought in February 2021 two Econic One Smart Urban
The price was very good for an electric bike,
unfortunately it is not the best quality.
A bicycle had to have its battery replaced after 200 km and on the other, the pedal sensor had to be repaired, and now I have water in the battery.
One problem would be the lack of technical support nearby.
Twice I had to send the bike to Bulgaria to be repaired.
Now at the last problem I received a direct phone call from Germany and everything was perfect and very fast.
So for the last experience thumbs up!
I hope that they start to build a bigger repair shop network because the bike it breaks down quite often.

After almost three month of my new Econic purchase, I am very happy with my bike! It is a very light bike and the battery lasts long. So far good experience with the Econic support and with the bike. Nice experience, so far!
