Still Waiting for My €2,340 Refund
EconomyBookings replied to my review, but their response simply directs me back to Customer Support, where I have already submitted multiple requests over a long period of time. Despite repeatedly contacting support, I have only received automated replies asking me to wait 5–7 business days, and no one has actually processed my case.
EconomyBookings acknowledges that my €2,340 refund requires manual processing because the withdrawal option is missing from my account. However, nothing has changed. My money is still locked in the E-Wallet, I still cannot transfer it back to my original payment card, and the issue remains completely unresolved. Very disappointing customer service.

€2,340 stuck in your E-Wallet, with only the same “wait 5–7 business days” replies coming back, is a long way from resolved. You’re right that the missing withdrawal option means this isn’t finishing through the normal self-service flow.
When that button isn’t available, the transfer back to the original card has to be handled manually on the account side, rather than by the usual E-Wallet process. If the Help Center thread is still looping on auto-replies, ask for the case to be marked for manual withdrawal review and include your booking number and the email tied to the wallet.

Very good pricing (initially). Pick up and dropping car off at a off site location is acceptable but must allow extra 1hr
This company charged £53 for 4 days rental then upon getting the car, extra £25 on toll tag. Absolutely ridiculous! Be warned!
