Hired a van today from these guys. Very efficient, helpful staff. Van was in good condition. It was easy to hire from them. Thanks guys, genuinely would recommend this company highly. If you only need it for a few hours phone them as the website can only book a full day.
Having been let down by our house removals guys at 7.30am on the day of moving!!, Economy Hire Ringwood came to our rescue with a very last minute hire of a Luton removal van with tail lift. I can highly recommend these guys for their professional and curtious service. From start to finish the hiring process was seemless and simple. Everything was explained to perfection. The vehicle was spotless inside and out. I will definitely be making Economy Hire Ringwood my go to van hire company in the future and would definitely recommend you do the same. I needed to hire a van locally at zero notice when booked transport failed to arrive in order to vacate a retail store I was responsible for closing that day. There was no option to delay.
Google search found Economy Hire. They were outstanding and moved quickly to make a suitable vehicle available and held on reserve for me all day. In the end the booked transport arrived (very late!) so the van wasn’t required & Economy Hire didn’t get to hire me a vehicle but were great when I phoned to stand them down and just said they’d been glad to have been able to help give me a second option and would be there if I ever needed them again. That is service you remember and I will without doubt go to them if I have a future need for vehicle hire in the Ringwood area, which in my line of work is entirely possible. Great people. Can’t recommend highly enough.
