Be very aware; I got scammed

Be very aware, because this hotel with a knew name (Hotel Gazelle Stay By Hotel O Socorro) scammed me. I booked trhough Expedia a room, came at the site and the whole hotel was in renovation. They told me I couldn't stay there. But I would get my money back if I contacted Expedia. I spent a lot of timecontacting Expedia and even the hotel. But they won't give me a refund, because the booking was non-refundable. It's a joke; they didn't deliver the service and keep the money. BIG SCAM, BE ALERT!!!!!!!!
