Ordered a chair, had some issues with the feet, but they stood by their product, and shipped replacement pieces with no fuss or issue - recommend them as the product was good to start with, and they fixed the issue quickly and easily
I ordered two Pifco timers. They came sealed in excellent packaging. After being set up one of them had a problem. I contacted the supplier and had a replacement within 2 days. Fantastic company and great customer service
Our central heating had packed up & could not be repaired for a few weeks.
We had no other form of heating so ordered an eco electric heater from Econopackage which was to be delivered about a week after ordering.
I asked if it could be delivered urgent & explained why.
They said yes of course anything to help & we received the heater in two days at no extra cost.
