Verry positive access from seller. My order was delivery expressly to EMEA region. Some part was damaged over transport but seller give me full compensation of damaged unusable part and gived me payback without any complication. I mean that is the very fair and serious seller. I strictly recomend for order from that source.

Payed for part
Payed for part, they returned the money without contacting me. I tried contacting them multiple times and methods, not a single answer. Website feels like it's programmed by monkeys. Whole experience sucked.

The delivery was so late
The delivery was so late, it tooks so long time to dispatch it from your site. Why?
We should recive it in few days after the payment done to you!
Our plan was to send it from UK to Jordan for my brother car with a passenger but that passenger left without taking it because of your delay.
Just think how many days the car waiting for that part!

Excellent service
I was a little scared to order on this website because of the average rating but I tried it because the price of the part I needed was very interesting, actually 4 times cheaper than at my local Belgian bmw dealership. ordering was easy and part arrived in perfect shape two days later. Installed it today and it works just as well as the replaced broken part.

Shopping Time is advertiSed as 24h to 48h but it is really 7to 8 days. When I called the supplier he told me the delays displayed by ecooparts is just a marketing scam but is never applied. So unless you re not hurry, which was not my case you should go elsewhere
