I've had a poor experience really

I've had a poor experience really. Ecooparts I think have been ok, I believe sellers use their site to sell their items. Mine was received, missing a plastic cover on a seat belt (which is actually the same issue I have now). I attempted to return it, and, although the seller will accept the return, they're insistent there is nothing wrong with it. So I've paid a large shipping fee and tax to receive it, then paid to send it back myself, and then customs tax to export it again, meaning I won't get anything back at the end. And I'm still without the complete seat belt unit I require. Be careful if you're ordering, as if it comes, and isn't correct, due to the shipping fees etc, there won't be much left. I've written my order off now as a bad idea....

First time ordering. Very surprised brilliant service. I didn't understand why they needed photo I'd bit item as described delivery was pretty good aswell

Don't expect your order to ever be dispatched

I ordered a steering wheel with express shipping was in contact with customer support for a week trying to find out why it wasn't dispatched only to be told they would look into it and then the rest of my messages were ignored. Happy to take your money, not happy to send what you've ordered.

Good experience being a client here

Its not my first neirher the last business with ecooparts , it have become my first solucion ween i need replacement used parts good price and fast shipping ,i have bought arround 10 items , some arround 200€ , 0 issues , thank you from portugal 👌

Never had a problem UNTIL…

Never had a problem with this company until my last order. Took the money for an item, then said the part was out of stock so cancelled my order. Still no refund since August 2024. I have continuously made contact with them but now no reply

Avoid as much as possible

Evennthough a prompt expedition, the spzre part (Electric tow hook) is not fonctionning...the "gear box" is empty and the mecanism is not moving as expected.
I've reported that via email but have not received any reply.
To be avoided as much as possible.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I am now totally ignored on the chat after asking numerous questions regarding the non delivery of a part I purchased.
The tracking number issued says ' No item found' .
I paid over £80 and i will have to contact my credit card company and submit a fraudulent transaction from the company.
feel free to investigate . Maybe you can resolve the problems.

PART HAVE NOT ARRIVED AND NOONE WILL SPEAK WITH ME ABBOUT IT DESPITE HAVING TAKEN MY MONEY

The only reason i have rated this is because there is not a 0 option. I haave not recieved my part, i know that it is in a port in Spain the note from the courrier just says paperwork incorrect, noone will speak to me about this problem

I bought a car engine in spain using…very poor communication from ecooparts

I bought a car engine in spain using ecooparts website and before i committed to purchasing it i wanted some more info but there was none forthcoming no communication zilch the ai chat bot was of no use just said we’ll get back to you never did, there’s is no phone number so i decided to phone the scrapyard who had the engine and they confirmed it was a good one but they said delivery costs were €220 instead of the €60 as advertised, so i went ahead and bought it at the original price didn’t receive any confirmation so i sent them an email and they said after 2 days they had problems with site maintenance and wanted the name of the scrapyard, if they had checked their files they would have known that anyway, after 2 weeks of limbo the engine turned up we didn’t know it was coming, very poor communication
