One of the worst delivery services I've ever tried.
They make you pay for a door-to-door shipment and they never deliver to you door. The last 3 times I booked a delivery they didn't even bother to ring the doorbell, they simply drove by and sent a notification saying the recipient was not home and that they left the parcel at a shop close by. This is of course not true, because I was home the whole time and nobody came for the delivery. They also messed up my last shipment, picking up an order that I canceled because it was issued by mistake, while cancelling the correct shipment that I was relying on, without me knowing. It took me 10 days of chatting with the assistance to figure out what happened and they denied me a refund for the cancelled shipment. I will delete my account and never use this service again.

SCAM!!! Company doesn’t exist!!!
I paid €250 for a shipment that the company itself cancelled, yet I never received a refund and they disappeared completely.
Two months later, they even tried to charge another €180 to my card without authorization. Thankfully, the payment was blocked.
I had to report the issue and start a chargeback process to try to recover my money.

Ecoparcel made international shipping incredibly simple. I compared multiple couriers in seconds and found the best option for my route. The delivery was fast, smooth, and exactly as promised. Highly recommended!
