3/10/23 Shopping for 20 low energy saving light bulbs, noticed that they haven't updated to the new energy ratings that were introduced some time ago. e.g. what is showing on the web site as an A rating is actually now an F or G rating - buyer beware.

Ordered replacement LED bulbs for all fittings throughout my property. Order placed on the Sunday, shipped on the Monday with Royal Mail (RM) tracking number. RM website not updated, but after contacting the company on the Friday: very helpful and promise to despatch replacements if not received by the following Monday. Package delivered that same morning (albeit RM still had the items at original posting destination). Bulbs changed throughout and noticed the reduction immediately in electric output:no brainer!
