Very nice staff, new fleet and good location.

Budget friendly, great service and a nice car with low mileage.

Great experience with Ecorent at Tirana Airport, pick up and drop off was super smooth and the car was in great condition.
10/10 would recommend.

Very helpful representative at the airport. The car provided was ideal for our purposes and every aspect of the car was jointly checked before we were given the key. We were advised which roads to avoid and we had no problems at all for the weeks hire. I will use them again.

These guys are scammers. When trying to pick up the car something went wrong with the creditcard reader and my card got blocked. (I used this card the 3weeks before in argentina without any issue) Ecorent only allowed me to pay with a different card/cash if we bought the over-expensive insurance package that we did not want (and need because we had insurance trough rentalcars.com). They promised to transfer the deposit back after 6weeks, we're 2 months later and i haven't seen the deposit yet. The car was old and damaged, also it was not possible to lock the car. (Which is not comfortable if you're travelling from place to place with all your luggage in your car). We asked them to repair the locks but after waiting for a reply for two days they gave an answer that didn't help.

In short; worst rental experience of my life after renting 100+ cars trough work. Stay away from this place.

We booked a budget-friendly SUV through Eco Rent at Tirana Airport, intending to explore Albania’s more remote areas. However, upon vehicle pickup, we were informed that driving on unpaved roads was strictly prohibited—something never mentioned during the booking process. These restrictions were enforced via GPS tracking and violations were penalized immediately, which severely limited our travel plans.

Even more frustrating was the promised refund for an unused service (“second driver”). Despite multiple written assurances, we have yet to receive any reimbursement.

Misleading advertising, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. We’re deeply disappointed and strongly advise against booking with Eco Rent.

Ecorent was a legitimate car rental company just outside Tirana airport. Booked this via rentals.com by bookings.com.

The offices were nice & the staff were very friendly & super helpful in relaying the information with regards to the car rental contract.

We were in and out within 30 minutes and received a clean car with a full tank of petrol.

There prices are very competitive, and the drop-off was made in Sarandë and was hassle free.
