Shame there's not a minus 5 star. They couldn't organise a sock drawer. They stab you in the back .they block your calls and messages then they use you as an escape goat for there co_k ups. They said they would pay your mileage then don't and stop your money. I would not recommend this company even to paint a wall. AMATURES DONT GIVE THEM A TIME OF DAY. Read some other reviews. Cowboys

Constantly calls us multiple times a day - automated message asking to call back

Daryl and his assistant were polite and friendly. They went above and beyond to install in a difficult position. They were efficient and cannot fault them

This company is harassing me with up to 5 calls per day ! I do not want their product whatever it is !

Why is there no zero rating option? This company is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

Had gas leak and boiler service, gas engineer George Flood was very professional and friendly and I don’t normally leave feedback but he was excellent and a credit to his company

If I could give a zero I would absolutely awful company working for sovereign. One day job turned into 3 weeks, still having to repair things they broke in my bathroom. Absolute bunch cowboys!

This company have absolutely awful customer service the woman on the phone is rude and calls are never returned , workmen often don’t turn up because they are pulled off and sent somewhere else and no one calls to inform you so spent hours waiting in just incase , my bathroom should have been completed at least with flooring and working shower last week but still no shower flooring or decorating done , I have called twice today and told someone will call me back but no one has again ! Terrible company

Very rude woman on phone. This is concerning as this company will be looking after our heating. Not a very good first impression. She told me they'd get the key from landlord and let themselves in!
