I'll start with the good..

I'll start with the good... These guys put in good equipment. Samsung ASHP, V-TAC solar panels, Solis invertor and Pylontech battery, all good equipment and works well.

Unfortunately there is a lot of bad:
They didn't notify my DNO about the installation of the ASHP or panels (which I think is actually a legal requirement).

We have a 2 year guarantee of works, but the company does not reply when we get in touch.
They didn't tighten all the clips on the solar panels properly, so when we had the high winds in January, two of the panels fell of the roof. We tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with Eco Save, but no response at all. Finally had to get another company to put the panels back up and get us up and running.

Like I say, the equipment is good quality, but I cannot recommend this company.
