As our machines are fragrances are only released once the machine is on, this may be why you are not smelling it when it is off. You can also adjust the settings to release the fragrance for longer periods of time and more frequently.

Best scents ever
Best scents ever. My local Lloyds bank smells amazing so I had to find the scent. The white tea & thyme is the best smell for a house. It’s so strong but gets so many good comments. The Ariel device works wonders and really eliminates for needing plug in air fresheners around the house. The oils are on the more expensive side but they really do last and I’m always looking for a deal or discount ;)

Customer service is always on point. My package arrived the same way I expected it and on time . I’m very happy with the fragrance oil I bought which smells exactly the same as the air scent in Westin hotels. The product works soo well for my living space and bedroom. I will definitely buy more products in the near future.

Fab company and the eco scent puck is a nice size and the features are great too with the level of intensity and timer. You don’t need it on for long for you to notice. The oils last a very long time considering I have it on max intensity (just how I like it) and are constantly bringing out lovely scents too it’s hard to choose a favourite

I am absolutely delighted with this company! I recently reviewed ecoscent after purchasing some products from them. I waa surprised to find out that they were genuinely interested in my favourite scents and included a space in their survey for me to relate my experience with the fragrance. I used that opportunity to explain that I had fallen in love with a particular smell I sensed at a retailer and although I was desperate to find out what its exact name the staff was unable to tell me. To my huge surprise within an hour of completing the survey I received an email from Shanice Williams at Ecoscent informing me that the fragrance I was looking for was 'Jasmine, Sandalwood and Citrus'. I was so happy with the customer service I received that I immediately ordered this new addition to my collection. I cannot recommend this company enough!
