Would rate 0 stars if I could, still yet to receive what I ordered 7 months later. Only bought from this website as it said guaranteed before Halloween delivery and won’t get my costume before Halloween 2026. Company is just a big scam and needs to be avoided like the plague. Stay clear.

ordered halloween costume never arrived, trying to boycott amazon and i got scammed

Do not order from them! I have paid the best part of £50 for a costume I ordered weeks ago and still nothing. They have stopped responding to my emails and messages via their website too. Thieving company taking money and not providing goods to customers.

I ordered a costume for Halloween, I paid for the express shipping, which is worth the same as the costume, it did not arrive by the stipulated date, I contacted the complaints service, they told me that as soon as it was there they would send it to me, it's been more than 1 month and nothing, they no longer answer my emails. It's a scam...

Never got my Halloween costume paid for 3 day shipping was just as much as the costume. It’s been 1 month now. Emailed and complained with no response. SCAM!

Just took my money as well and did not ship anything. After paying £26 for shipping and the website saying guaranteed delivery for Halloween they wrote me the following: Dear customer,
Thank you for the message.
Our processing time is 3-7 working days, Shipping time is 3-5 working days, your receiving items time =processing time + shipping time, please Wait patiently, we will ship you once finish and prepare your items !
I appreciate your understanding

The package still has not arrived and they just stopped responding to my emails to support.

Emailed plenty “we can offer 50% refund for cancelling” said no and it still just hasn’t even turned up now I get no reply

I would give it no stars if i could paid for fast delivery ordered on the 19 of October nearly a month later nothing i emailed them 2 weeks after and was told to be patient emailed them a week later nothing response scam site don’t purchase

Do not buy from here. Bought a costume, paid extra for fast delivery. Showed up more than a week late so missed the date I needed it for. When trying to return the parcel, I contacted sellers and have still had no response. Multiple emails and heard nothing back, having to contact my bank to see if they can do anything. Just avoid this company all together, it will save you your money and the agro.

Terrible company, AVOID at all costs. I purchased a costume for Halloween, paid extra shipping for a guarantee delivery. It never arrived. The company ignored my email, no refund, no costume. Total scam

I paid 20 dollars for fast shipping because I needed my cosplay for Halloween and it isnt set to arrive until 3 weeks after what it was first said to at checkout. When I paid for shipping it said it was GAURANTEED to arrive BEFORE Halloween, that did not happen. Customer service did not refund my shipping cost or give me a credit. Ridiculous company, I will never be buying from again.

Costs a fortune and they lie about delivery times. It won’t come in time for Halloween or Ben within 3-5 days it’s just a scam. They’re sending it from china and mascarade as a UK business. Avoid like the plague

I placed an order for a Halloween costume on October 22nd and paid £20 shipping for 3-5 business days delivery. It’s now Halloween and the costume has not arrived. Very disappointed child and a very disappointed customer. I would not order from this company again. Outrageously expensive shipping fee and they still didn’t deliver.

Disgusting company appalling customer service! They left parcel but I didn’t receive it I told them and they left me to contact the courier! I told them my contract with them and they need to deal with it! Then they responded with a picture of parcel on my doorstep!!! But I didn’t get such parcel!!! It’s was £35 why would I be complaining ffs my granddaughter was upset and there response was a joke!!! Literally wrote we are sorry for inconvenience!!! Nothing else no how they aim to resolve it nothing!!! I asked for a refund they told me report it to police!!! WTAF they are utterly awful please do not buy from this shit show!!! Yes I’m furious!!!!

Ordered a Halloween costume, paid $$ to have it expedited. Contacted them to cancel because the did not fulfill their commitment. They stated I could get 50% of the total order. Why is this my fault and why should I pay?

Horrible. Website said ignored for Express shipping($45!) the costume would arrive in time for Halloween. When I emailed them to ask about tracking the shipment their reply was “ No, we didn't guarantee you can receive it by halloween. you placed this order and it's too late.” I should’ve taken a screenshot of the guarantee.
