My experience was great because the online website is simple and I appreciate that. Earlier that same morning I had tried several other websites,which didn't help me at all. Excellent customer service and price

I had a question and used the chat to help me. The representative was extremely helpful and even gave me a discount code! Its for a gift so it made it more affordable. They have a lot of retail to choose from and 16 hrs later I recieved an email that it has been shipped! I will definitely be using them again.

PLEASE avoid ordering with this…

PLEASE avoid ordering with this company. I placed an order 5 days ago, this afternoon, I receive an email “Thank you for contacting us. Your order has been cancelled as requested, and I have provided a copy of the cancellation below”. I NEVER requested a cancelation. Better yet, I’ve been waiting a whole business week to have it sent out! So I call, the representative tells me “due to high demand of this item, we accidentally oversold and cannot fulfill the order”. So why did you not say that in the email? Why did you put the blame on me? And it took you 5 days to tell me that? So I wasted 5 days waiting for you to tell me that, now I have to wait for the money to return, order it again from somewhere else, and then hopefully receive it within 2 weeks. Please stick with the trusted sites like fragrancenet and theperfumespot. Never had anything like this happen there
