I am actually giving them no stars whatsoever. Products far too expensive for what the are. I bought handkerchiefs. Only one in pack and small 11.95 each. Ridiculous postage charge for 2 x handkerchiefs was $7.95. Whereas they would have fitted in an envelope. Box was ridiculously big, all very “Eco Friendly” but unnecessary . I will never buy from this company again. I will never recommend them to anyone andI shall make sure any friends don’t get ripped off like I have been.

Hi Margaret, I am sorry you feel like you have been 'ripped off'. The Handkerchiefs you ordered are hand made in Victoria using high quality organic cotton, and the size is outlined in the product description.
We only ship in parcels to protect the contents inside, and the small box the handkerchiefs were sent in is the cheapest shipping category available. Envelopes are not suitable to send handkerchiefs as they will exceed the height of a 'regular letter' and have great potential to get caught in Australia Post's letter sorting machines.
To help remedy your disappointment we are happy to send you a reply paid postage label if you would like to return the handkerchiefs unused and in the same box they were sent in. Alternatively you can contact us on 1800 870 100 to discuss.

Excellent service
A pleasure to deal with Ecostainable. There was a slight mixup with the products sent, but this was rectified promptly, and without fuss or expense to me by Ecostainable. I will happily shop with them again.
The products all arrived in excellent condition, and were sent promptly.
The hand sanitizer is not too runny/watery like some, so it doesn't run off your hands before you've used it.
