The glitter is pretty
The glitter is pretty. I requested that it be put in the tin containers and that didn't happen. The small plastic bags leak and bits of glitter are everywhere.

I have searched Instagram and our customer services emails and can only find an email from you the day you gave us a negative review so I apologise if any previous emails didn't make it through to us. We are always happy to resolve issues with orders being delayed or lost so I am sorry if this case fell through the net. Our customer services team was in touch on 25th Oct and we didn't hear back so I am hoping you then received your glitter.

Terrible service and a lot of wasted money
I ordered some glitter to use in August since I had many parties. Despite I payed 8€ for shipping (which is a lot), the pack arrived extremely late in September, and I don't need it anymore. The worst thing is that I had to pay to have it! I payed 6€ in addition, I have no words! Terrible service, I'm never ordering again!
