It's the first time I've used Ecosystems for WEEE disposal, having used many other companies in the past. Ecosystems really are the best of the bunch. The office staff are extremely helpful and made for a very smooth process from start to finish. Great communication throughout, the collection on the day couldn't have been any easier. No fee, no contracts to sign, just a waste transfer. In just a few days after the collection, I was able to see the destruction certificates online for all assets. Great service all round.
Had a lot of IT equipment to dispose of, including computers, printers, laptops, and monitors. I emailed Freddie and she was happy to take it all. The drivers were very professional on the day, and had the equipment loaded safely on to the van in no time. The drivers scan each item on to a tablet and give it a unique barcode, this is then available to view on the portal instantly.
