Have used ecotherm for all of our home renovations and more recently for a plumbing emergency. Can't recommend Darren, Elliott and team enough. Extremely reliable, proffessional and skilled. They are all friendly lads,courteous,trustworthy and tidy!!! Would not hesitate in recommending Ecotherm to anyone.

This is our second time using Ecotherm. We had our old boiler replaced and were impressed by the price and the workmanship. When we moved house, we immediately contacted Darren to come and look at our inherited boiler. Darren offered expert, impartial advice. We eventually decided to have it replaced. Connor and Darren replaced the boiler with a new Ideal boiler and it comes with a brilliant warranty, so should have many years of worry free heating.
Great company, great prices, great customer service.

I would highly recommend Sam for any heating issues. Specially when it comes to underfloor heating. We had an issue with our underfloor heating and Sam came out to have a look with no call out charge. Sam knew exactly what he was doing. He was punctual, polite, honest and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using Eco Therm again.

Recently had an old boiler removed and new Ideal boiler system installed by Darren and the team at Eco Therm along with a new shower. The standard of work and customer service from start to finish we're second to non. Fantastic workmanship and quality of work. Highly recommend, well done lads

We embarked on an ambitious renovation of our home. Full central heating replacement, 2 bathroom replacements, replacement of a vey old soil stack and a new downstairs toilet installing, all into a house built in 1895 and with not a lot of modernisation in between. Th Ecothermltd team were fantastic from the off, giving keen insight and advice throughout. They delivered on time and under budget, what more could you ask for

Darren was recommended to me by a local builder. He came out within a day or so of me ringing and provided me with a comprehensive quote with various options to choose from, very willing to offer advice in which boiler was best for my home. On the day of fitting his team arrived early and were very courteous and accommodating to my situation, as I was also working from home. The installation took just one day to finish which was excellent as I swapped from a conventional boiler to a combi boiler. Would definitely recommend Eco Therm and Darren without hesitation.

From start to finish they were extremely professional and courteous, completing our new boiler installation with zero fuss and at a competitive price.

Couldn’t recommend enough.

Needed a plumber with the skill set to locate a leak beneath a floating floor.

Darren attended the following day after discussing the leak with him. He was quick to locate the area the leak was coming from and carefully removed a large floor tile before cutting through screws and insulation to find a leak on a copper pipe. He’s carried out a temporary repair until the insurance inspect it and has offered to quote on the full repair. I will have no hesitation ins using him. Polite, on time and very tidy.

Great service, excellent from start to finish - Had a new boiler put in after being without heating & hot water for a week during the coldest week and with 2 kids freezing after being messed about by another company, called for a quote and Darren came out same day then a new boiler was fitted next working day, great service from the lads, professional, clean and an excellent boiler as the house is now warmer than ever!!

I contacted Ecotherm for a quote to upgrade my old boiler to a new more efficient boiler after seeing their reviews on facebook. I was very impressed with the customer care and service they provided from the initial quote to the completion of the job. I would highly recommend Ecotherm they provided a very friendly and professional service. 👍👍👍👍

Ecotherm Ltd were absolutely brilliant! They were professional, polite and kept our house spotless. A completely down-to-earth company, who made sure we were looked after when our boiler unexpectedly died on us! They explained how they planned on fixing it, lending their expert advice in a way we understood who also kept to their original quote( which was an excellent price for what we were getting).
All and all, 10/10. We're finally glad we have a company we can depend on for all our gas needs- no stressing whatsoever!
