Brushes fall apart

Brushes fall apart. Rubbish quality
Not had them 6 months
Large chunk of bristles fallen out and handle worked loose.
Were a gift and not cheap.
Quality is rubbish. Customer service pass the buck on responsibility saying its the retailers who should sort this out. Reviews are poor. This is the last time I'm using their products.

Well, as soon as I bought some brushes from that company, I already have several products of them but I tried to leave my review but I can't, I don't know why
