It took 4 days to get my delivery and it was only delivered due to great staff at Harlaxton College watching the delivery on camera. We tried to call and leave details with as local phone which even though we told driver to call - they did not. The people on the live chat and email were nice and responsive but still no bags. The hours of operation and no direct phone line made it challenging. On a positive the attempt was made during the delivery window helping it to finally be delivered.
I contacted the helpful and friendly agent at the desk who asked me to fill in an online form( too many questions in my opinion) however once complete tracking is enabled. Email confirmed receipt and progress provided, contacted by agent next day confirmed luggage was being delivered within a half hour so a good response once it was located. Lost luggage was delivered as promised at the time indicated.

We had a unpleasant experience on Thursday 02nd October, whereby I was anticipating a delivery and discovered that the collection hadn't been made. After speaking with the manager Dolores, who handled the situation incredibly well and professionally, the matter was resolved swiftly and to all parties satisfaction. I must say that Dolores is an excellent ambassador for her company, and very professional in her approach towards clients and their needs. I highly recommend Dolores to anyone who is need of support or assistance

Completely unintuitive system which only shows that a bag has been collected, not any indication whatsoever of delivery date and/or time. This company has now subcontracted return of my bag to DX ‘because your address is more than 75 miles from our warehouse’. The collective of these baggage handling companies and the airline (British Airways) is a classic case of each one blaming the other and saying to speak to the other to resolve.
Ricardo, went well and truly out of his way to make this delivery happen. Despite the police closing off the road to the pick up destination, he found a way around. What a star. Thank you.

We booked a courier today to take garden furniture to a private residence. The courier Jay went above and beyond and helped the customer carry all 25 chairs and tables all the way to the back garden. Excellent service

Ecourier has blatantly lie to me. I booked a Premium motorbike service and when the courier arrive she said she had another collection before my drop off. I pointed out to her it was a Premium Service and even confirmed it by phone with her controller while she waited. She then said she would go direct but did not. Do not use this company
