Everything was superlative
Everything was superlative, starting with the pick-up of the car, which lasted a maximum of 5' and ending with the handover. Although I had opted for a small car with manual transmission, I received a car with automatic transmission, brand new and much larger. Definitely in the future it will be my company no. 1.

Nice and clean vehicle
Nice vehicle, almost new. Fast check in and check out at return. Location very difficult to find as there are no signs or indications of the name Autovia or Ecovia. We had to ask other competitors how to get there.

Considering my experience i would definitely recommend them.
I have rented a Toyota Corolla automatic, but instead i received a very new Cupra Leon which was an obvious upgrade. The rental was fast and everything was fine. No “imaginative damages”, no nothing. I definitely would recommend them.

We had a very positive experience with this car rental company. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They had even started working before the official opening hours because they had online reservations to handle, which we really appreciated.
We actually received larger cars than the ones we had originally booked, which made our trip much more comfortable. Another big advantage was that we were able to return the cars at any time of the day or night. The next morning we immediately received emails confirming that everything with the vehicles was in perfect condition.
They did not push us to purchase full insurance coverage. They simply offered it as an option in case we wanted it, which felt very honest and professional. The deposit was €500 and it was released on the same day we returned the cars.
Overall, the whole process was smooth, transparent, and very convenient. We would definitely recommend this company.

thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern; however, we would like to clarify that once the rental is completed, Autovia s.r.l. releases the pre-authorization immediately.
The time required for the amount to become available again on your card does not depend on us, but solely on the interbank circuit and the card-issuing bank, which may take several business days. In some cases, 10 days still fall within standard banking processing times.
We remain at your disposal should you need formal confirmation of the release or any further clarification.

The rental went as expected
The rental went as expected.
However, two days after returning the car, I still haven't received the deposit refund. In my previous experiences with other rental companies, the deposit refund occurs simultaneously with the return of the vehicle.
Another point that struck me as odd was that during check-in, the attendant took my credit card and noted all the data, something that is no longer usual after the advent of portable machines and is discouraged by credit card companies and banks.

Useful review 10/10
We (as a family) are very happy from the car and the staff. We got promoted to a better car free of charge which made the whole experience even better. The car was around 90k km and inside was like new. There were scratches and bums outside but this didn't bother us at all because we filmed it when we took the car. The fuel was full and we returned it full as well. Inside it was clean enough for a rental. Overall 10/10 experience I hope as well we don't have some charges in the future. As a helpful information I would like to say to anyone who is questioning themselves is it ok to rent from them. Yes it is! Ekovia and Autovia are on the same office in the airport. If you are going to rent use CREDIT card, because of the standard deposit. I hope this was useful. Good job!
