The agent was pleasant but no one was in the pickup garage to answer questions about vehicle operation
The car was clean except for some trash in the arm rest compartment (gum&a cup, maybe it was a gift)
It was a new car which I never prefer because they are so complex to operate & no one was in the pickup garage to ask questions. Common garage exit directions would have been helpful because I sat in traffic an hour trying to get to Torre del Greco without a GPS, there a young man showed us how to use the GPS.
When I returned the car which I thought was unscathed the agent said they found a small scratch on the underside of the bumper (still waiting to receive that picture) so I rcvd a €75 penalty instead of an award for not having had an accident driving in Naples with a car that would slam on the brakes each time a person or car got too close in front of us. Very dangerous feature.

We are sorry about the rubbish found in the armrest compartment and, above all, that no staff member was available in the pickup area. With a new vehicle equipped with several driver-assistance systems, having someone available to explain the basic controls and the way out of the garage would certainly have made the pickup easier.
Regarding the scratch identified at return, any damage claim should be supported by the relevant photographic or technical documentation. We are therefore sorry that, at the time of your review, you were still waiting to receive the photograph.
We have also taken note of your comments about the behaviour of the assisted-braking system, which deserves attention if its operation is perceived as abnormal.
