Awful experience
Awful experience, still waiting for the second part of my package after the first was delivered 2 weeks earlier. They have taken my money and even after chasing for 2 weeks, I still have not heard anything about a refund or where the missing package is. Prior to this I was also having to chase for delivery updates as I didn't receive a tracking number or order confirmation this was for a total of 2 weeks, so I've been chasing them for a 4 weeks all in all. The phone number on their contact us page doesn't work, it just rings out, and customer service chat and email is severely lacking - they don't come back to you! I will contine with my bi1daily chasing for my £40 back!
