unconvincing customer service!
As a prospective purchase I was disappointed to be fobbed off to one of their sales agents for more information and confirmation of performance.
it makes me wonder about customer service if there were a problem....

I have just had my Free Home Survey…
I have just had my Free Home Survey with an EcoWater dealer and so far I have to say I am very impressed with the service. The dealer took the time to understand our family dynamic and lifestyle to decide which unit would be the best for both the installation, level of use, and running costs.
I feel that I have a really good understanding of not only the benefits that a water softener will bring to my home but also how they work and the ongoing level of attention they need (which isn't much, particularly with them having smart technology).
I am so excited that the installation is possible, the installation of my eVolution Water Softener can't come round soon enough.

Ecowater Compact 100 softener
My very first water softener and after research I chose Ecowater's smart evolution Compact 100. The installation went very smoothly and the installed softener is a good looking machine. In very short time we had softened water from the tap. I love the interface via the app and the economic usage of salt. Getting notifications by email or text that the salt requires topping up was a priority, the usage statistics is a bonus. Very pleased.

When you are buying a water softener…
When you are buying a water softener you need to look for the eVolution ecowater water softener as it is the most efficient, cost saving water softener on the market and with the Wi-fi app it’s been great. Over the years l have experienced many softeners and this one has been the best. Everyone should have one
