Excellent service
My 9 month old boiler stopped working.
Whilst Carl was not available till the following week as it was the weekend
He turned up on time , resolved the problem really quickly,it wasnt the boiler but one of two options, both of he pointed out to me and were a quick fix . Thank you for your help and time .

5 star service. John was able to give me options and solutions to my problem. We decided to go with a new boiler which I anticipated would take all day into the evening.
John was pleasant, very helpful and had it all completed by 4pm!

I needed a new boiler (told that by another heating engineer) so looked at local options. The online quote put me in the right ballpark and after sending pictures of the set up I talked through options with Carl. Not pushy at all (in fact he recommended a slightly cheaper boiler, but there was a feature I was after), very informative and generous with his time to explain things. The quote was fixed (which is why they are so thorough in discussions and photos of current system). They installed within the specified day - very professional, lovely job, spent the time once they had finished to explain everything. Since they flush the system, it is like having a new central heating system and shower. Couldn't be happier.

I have used Ecowise a number of times for boiler issues and they have been responsive, fast and professional resolving the issue each time. They also installed a gas fire for my Mum which went really well. happy to recommend.

We have used Carl from Ecowise on several occasions for emergency calls outs. He is always quick to respond and provides a great and competitive service. We look forward to our bathroom refurb and hopefully not such an emergency.

Excellent service from John who came at short notice to fix our heating on 4th Dec as British Gas couldn't send anyone till 14th even though we have Homecare. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

I had an unknown fault with my boiler and had been using a different company to find the fault who had made numerous visits and had been unable to find the fault.

John at Ecowise found the blockage on his first visit and completed the repairs on his second visit.

Slight issue with a noisy pump after boiler installation.
Contacted Carl and resolved the problem without hesitation, could not wish for better service and a friendly helpful person to boot.

Carl at Ecowise responded very promptly to my request for a quote for an oil boiler and tank replacement. His price was very fair and included removal of the old tank (not all others did). He was able to do the work 2 weeks after I agreed the quote, and it only took 1 day to do the boiler and pumbing, with the oil tank change taking place the following day. Everything was left very clean and tidy inside and out. Carl & John took the time to explain the new boiler and Hive thermostat/controller to us. We couldn't be more pleased.

Used Ecowise for a number of jobs most recent a new boiler. Carl and John are always very professional and approachable. I will be using them in the future.

Recently had a boiler replaced and they were great from start to finish! Efficient, tidy, flexible with times and really competitive with their price! Will be using them again for other bits around the house and have also recommended them to my parents.
