My experience has been going down...
Orders take at least a week to be processed, but it's not a big deal as long as you plan your delivery accordingly.
The problem comes when something is out of stock but there's no info about it and you already paid for it. Last time that happened, I didn't get a 100% refund and I never got an explanation about it.
The laundry detergents are not very effective with cold water.
The dishwasher detergent could be good if I didn't have to wash the machine filter after every single use to get my dishes perfectly clean next time.
I absolutely love the idea of these upcycling detergents, but they still have some work to do.

Dishwasher:
What dosage are you using? We recommend only a dessert spoon, and sometimes even less. Using more product may cause residue and require more frequent cleaning of the filter.
The machine should only need maintenance about once a month, not after every use.
Laundry detergent (cold water):
Tests carried out at this temperature have shown excellent results. However, each machine and water type can behave differently, so we would be happy to assist you directly. Please email us at info@ecox so we can provide personalized guidance on the best way to use the product in your case.

So excited to found these products!
I am so excited to have found these products. Local to Portugal, the prices are amazing, all vegan and certified for the environment.
I LOVE that there are testers of smaller sizes to see what smell I like. I have already used the clothes wash and floor wash and it is already amazing.
Looking very forward to having future orders!
I would love to see a shampoo/conditioner or body wash in the line of offers as well!
