Uncle Ed and Sarna has a good response with the customers but however you paid 35 pounds for fast delivery, it longs until 11 days for leave the UK to your country. Maybe DHL is a better option for delivery

Customer service when purchasing glasses from Ed and Sarna was helpful and accomadating. The glasses were fairly priced. I was mostly satisfied with my purchase. The glasses frames are as pictured excluding the minor scratches that weren't perceptible from the product images. My lenses were a little thick on my large cazal frames, however it is on me for not choosing a higher index. My frames look great and they work as glasses should. I would definely purchase glasses from here again.

I was on the lookout for a specific vintage frame and Ed & Sarna notified me as soon as they had it available. Very much appreciated!

Normally i love this shop, but I bought these burberry sunglasses that supposedly were deadstock, however, the lenses are completely scratched up. I want to keep them as i love the frame but i feel like i was lied to in relation to the glasses being deadstock and also feel like i paid for something i did not get.... when saying a product is deadstock, make sure that it is deadstock.

You guys are awesome! There is a wide variety selection of frames. I had a lot of questions about some of the products and my prescription, Al helped me and was very knowledgeable with the frames and lenses. Even though I live in California and we are on different time zones, we manage to have good communication between us both. Keep up the good work guys. I’m telling everyone about this place :) also, I like the bag and case for my glasses and the cleaning cloths, and how it came with some lens cleaner and a tool to tighten or loosen the screws on my frames.
