I was soon called back by Sarah per my email requesting IDR program info - about the reported potential dissolution of my loan after however many years. The follow-up call was per my request post convo with another EDAPT employee who didn't quite understand this IDR question nor the program details. I thus sent an email requesting a follow-up. And it was helpful. Sarah was well versed prior to her call, and she was easily able to explain these Federal program details during our further discussion of her responses to my inquiries. She also updated me on the new email address, EDAPT’s client goals for the future, and the ongoing digital relationship expansions w us. Thanks!

Pretty smooth thus far. There was a minor hiccup where I was provided with an expired template to complete a PSLF form and went through the process to get it done, only to have to complete it again on the correct form. EDAPT was nice enough to pre-fill the new form so that worked well.
