One star is too generous

They match you with people living hundreds of kilometres away, don't care about your radius specification. They match you with people who don't match your requirements! Moreover, they push you for third-party verification, where you must agree to them retaining your biometrics for years! this is outrageous! if you don't agree to the process, they badly limit your matches. This is for a person who has paid a profile. they really do all they can to get your money, your data.

I purchased a Premium account

I purchased a Premium account, and one week later, my account was blocked. I sent a message to eD and received a reply stating that my account was blocked due to some discrepancies, without specifying what those discrepancies were or what exactly happened. There were no discrepancies before I paid for the account, and everything was fine for a few days after payment. However, discrepancies appeared afterward. I wrote several messages to eD, asking about the discrepancies and stating that since I couldn't use the paid premium account, I should receive a refund. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from eD. There was silence, and the money disappeared, the account was blocked without stating the reason. I know that there have been more cases like mine. eD seems to be trying to make money by blocking users' accounts, hoping they will create another account and again pay for the Premium account in an attempt to regain lost contacts. Deceptive and dishonest. Moreover, there are countless bots on the portal

Its a total scam

Its a total scam. My mother signed up for this site last year-they have an option to sign up and save money for a year- so she did. The trick is to sign up for the year AUTOMATICALLY SETS YOU UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP.
She used it for a month or so but couldn't find anyone she liked there- plus the poor site architecture of the site dint help so she deleted her profile and forgot about it...Till the beginning of the last year when the company start sending her emails that she owns them for a year..I reached out to them and explained that she deleted her account and she paid for the year and she doesn't want to continue using the site. They told me she signed up for a year and the has to pay upfront.I offer to pay for a month but they started threatening us with the court. We went on social media and found out that thousands of people got stuck in the same situation-they chose to pay for a year but system without letting them know signed up them for a membership.Long story short -my mom received a collection note for that payment (they year that she is not using the app and that didn't even ended yet) I really hope that people don't go to that site and do not enter they credit card info there. We are going to start a petition on change.org to stop this scam.
